Volunteers & inquiries to work for BBWFANFEST

Lately, I have been getting a lot of emails asking how you can be involved with BBWFANFEST in one way or another.  We are excited that you are interested in participating with the show, and we want to insure that all inquiries are important to us.  Here is what we would like you to do initially just to avoid a back and forth email game. 

Submit your proposal to platinum@bbwfanfest.com.  Write up a proposal stating what services you will provide and what you expect in return.  Be as specific as possible to insure we fully understand what you are offering and requesting in return. Here is an example:

I am JOHN DOE and I have been a dj for 10 years.  I have experience in techno, club, spanish, hip hop, top 40 music.  I have been a dj for major shows such as XXX for 10,000+ people.  I have promotions experience as well, and have been a club promoter for 10 years.  I have worked for clubs in L.A. such as Gravity, Metro, and Grand Stand.  I offer professionalism coupled with a talent to entertain any crowd.


I will provide the following services:

I will play music that you request during the 3 day trade show event.

I will play music that you request at the Sunday pool party. 

I will help promote the event.

I provide my own equipment, music selection and resources.

I provide equipment set up and assistance. 

I request in return:

I am offering my services voluntarily. 

OR $ dollars per hour.  $ for the entire weekend for the following activities ONLY:  3 day trade show during business hours, and the Sunday pool party.

OR I would simply like 1 (one) all access pass to the trade show, Friday White Party, awards show, awards after party and pool party.

Submissions are reviewed by the staff, compared to other offers, researched/verified and we make a final decision on who we feel is a best fit for the event.   We intend to let everyone know who we select as soon as possible to insure you can plan appropriately and schedule accordingly.
