Media Passes

For those of you who have been curious about obtaining Media Passes for the up and coming BBWFANFEST trade show and events, there are a few ways that you can qualify to receive either full access or a discounted ticket to the show.

Of course, this applies to industry, local, and community media companies and their writers, photographers and videographers ONLY.  If you are planning on attending, and covering BBWFANFEST in your blog, tv show, radio show or other digital media please contact us via email to press@bbwfanfest.com. 

Please indicate the following in your email:

1.  What type of footage you will be covering (writing, photo, video, audio interviews)

2.  Where is the footage going to be displayed (blog, tv show, radio show, etc) and what is it's daily traffic count?

3.  What events you intend or would like to cover?  (i.e. daily trade show, seminars, stage events, awards show, red carpet prior to awards, awards after party, Friday night White Party)

4.  How many people are required to obtain your coverage (please indicate what each person's role is *camera person, interviewer, etc)?

5.  Do you have room booked through the event hotel (Tuscany Casino & Suites)?
